1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the crown89ph website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 crown89ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, crown89ph will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use the crown89ph Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law. crown89ph strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The crown89ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. crown89ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the crown89ph Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from crown89ph or any other gambling platform;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of crown89ph or its affiliated companies;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.4 crown89ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the crown89ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, crown89ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number or email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). crown89ph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its regulatory obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by crown89ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3.4 Account Ownership. Your crown89ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crown89ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

4.2 You must notify crown89ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. crown89ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 crown89ph recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

4.4 crown89ph will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to crown89ph support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. crown89ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. crown89ph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, crown89ph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

5.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. crown89ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the crown89ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. crown89ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. crown89ph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 crown89ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

6.3 crown89ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, crown89ph's decision shall be final.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. crown89ph reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the crown89ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

7.2 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games on crown89ph use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all applicable games.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and is not subject to RNG certification. Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, crown89ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. crown89ph's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crown89ph Platform:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crown89ph staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another player's account.

8.2 crown89ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts. crown89ph may also report such conduct to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 crown89ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the crown89ph account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform.

9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.

9.4 Age Restriction. crown89ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the crown89ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of crown89ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of crown89ph.

10.3 The crown89ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of crown89ph. You may not use any crown89ph trademark without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The crown89ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crown89ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 crown89ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crown89ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if crown89ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude crown89ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

12.1 crown89ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

12.2 You may close your crown89ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to crown89ph's customer support team for resolution. crown89ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 crown89ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
